Before you start

Do I need to pay to try it?

No. Chat is available without an account, with limits. A free account includes 3 agent requests per month. Login and clarifications resume the same request. Plus and Pro offer more usage; current limits and subscription availability are shown in the app.

Can I schedule tasks?

Yes. For example: “Every Monday at 9, compare these suppliers’ prices and prepare a summary.” You can also request a one-off, daily or monthly task. Cloud work runs without your computer, provided website access and allowance are available. Each run uses your plan; results and requests for help stay in HXARK. Monitoring is periodic. Voice calls are not available yet.

Does work stop when my allowance runs out?

We protect funds for each accepted request. Monthly exhaustion does not cut that request off: it may continue within its task cost, time and step limits. New requests then wait for renewal. Website failures, expired logins or cancellation can interrupt work. We do not bill overages.

Can the agent work with my email?

In Agents, connect Gmail or Outlook and authorize mailbox access. These integrations are in pilot and support reading email and preparing drafts. Signing in to HXARK with Google or Microsoft does not grant access to your email. Automatic sending and email deletion are not available yet.

Is the extension required?

No. The cloud is an independent option. The optional extension works with your Chrome tabs and sessions. It can help when a site restricts the remote browser.

Does it work on every website?

Navigation is general purpose, but compatibility depends on the website. Google sign-in, CAPTCHA, additional authentication, permissions and some components can require intervention or prevent completion. We do not promise universal compatibility.

Which files can I analyze?

Up to 256 MB per file. Static analysis supports selected PCAP/PCAPNG captures, WoW PKT sniffs and PE/ELF binaries. Unknown formats may receive an integrity report only. Analysis depth is bounded; HXARK is not an antivirus.

What happens to uploaded files?

The original is held privately during upload and analysis. It is deleted after processing; incomplete uploads expire after one hour. If the service is unavailable, cleanup runs when it resumes. Reports remain attached to your conversation. See the privacy policy for other data.
