Opt in and install
After joining the group, open the test with the same Google account, opt in and install from the Play Store. Stay enrolled for at least 14 days and use the app for your tasks.

We want to reduce the steps between an idea and a task. These are the priorities for making the app useful beyond access to the website. Release dates are not yet set.
Share to your agent
Choose “HXARK” from the Share menu for a photo, PDF or link. The content becomes a request you can review and complete, without copying between apps.
Capture and put to work
Start with a photo of a product, document or note to prepare a post, extract information or organize a task. Review the data before using it.
Get notified and decide
Get an alert when work finishes or needs you. Open the proposal or result directly and decide what happens next, with control over notifications.
Before installing
Do I need another account?
To join the beta, use the Google account you already use in the Play Store. If you do not have a Google account, you need to create one to join the Play test. Inside HXARK, use your existing HXARK account or create a free one. There is no separate beta account.
Which phone and account can I use?
The beta is available to Google Play accounts based in Portugal and Android 8.0 or later. Use the same Google account to join the group and opt in on Play.
Can I download the app now?
Yes, through the closed test on Play. Join the group and then opt in to the test with the same Google account. The link is in the two steps above.
Does registration start the 14 days?
No. Joining the group or downloading an APK outside Play does not count. Google requires at least 12 testers opted in to the closed test for 14 consecutive days. Opt in on Play, use the app and stay enrolled for that period. Google then reviews access to public release; approval is not automatic.
What if I joined the internal test?
The internal test is separate. Opt out of it on Google Play before joining the closed test. Use the same Google account as the group.
Do I have to pay to test?
You do not need to buy a plan. The beta uses your HXARK account and plan limits, including the free plan. In-app purchases are limited to authorized test accounts. Existing plans remain on your account.
Does the app already have Android-exclusive features?
Not yet. The first beta uses the web version’s features: chat, cloud agents, integrations and files. Direct sharing between apps and notifications are planned priorities, not features of this version. The Chrome extension still requires a computer; cloud compatibility depends on each website.
How do I send feedback?
Use the support contact below. Include your Android version, app version, what you tried and what happened. Do not send passwords, access codes, full receipts or private documents.
